While churches are exempted for now, Christian schools, Christian book stores, private business, etc. are not.

however, we have friends in CO who have been following this story, and the news is bad: because the measure was pushed through as an "emergency measure" there is little to no recourse against it. meaning, there won't be a referendum about it on any ballot, etc.
