PAKISTAN: Senate resolution condemns IsraelISLAMABAD: The Senate on Friday passed a unanimous resolution condemning the Israeli aggression in Gaza and urged the international community, particularly the United Nations (UN) to safeguard the human rights of the Palestinian people.BTW, Ul-Quds Sharif is Jerusalem
The Senate criticised the international community including major powers such as the United States and the Arab and the Islamic world for their inability to take effective political, moral and legal steps to stop Israeli aggression in accordance with the UN Charter.
The resolution reaffirmed solidarity with the people of Palestine and extended support to them for their fight to establish an independent State with Ul-Quds Sharif as its capital.

The People's Mujahedeen of Iran, aka the MEK:
The MEK philosophy mixes Marxism and Islam. Formed in the 1960s, the organization was expelled from Iran after the Islamic Revolution in 1979, and its primary support came from the former Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein since the late 1980s. The MEK's history is filled with anti-Western attacks as well as terrorist attacks on the interests of the clerical regime in Iran and abroad. The MEK now advocates the overthrow of the Iranian regime and its replacement with the group's own leadership.
