    Psalm 34
    Of David. When he pretended to be insane before Abimelek, who drove him away, and he left.

    1 I will extol the Lord at all times;
    his praise will always be on my lips.
    2 I will glory in the Lord;
    let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
    3 Glorify the Lord with me;
    let us exalt his name together.

    4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
    he delivered me from all my fears.
    5 Those who look to him are radiant;
    their faces are never covered with shame.
    6 This poor man called, and the Lord heard him;
    he saved him out of all his troubles.
    7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.

    8 Taste and see that the Lord is good;
    blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
    9 Fear the Lord, you his holy people,
    for those who fear him lack nothing.
    10 The lions may grow weak and hungry,
    but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
    11 Come, my children, listen to me;
    I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
    12 Whoever of you loves life
    and desires to see many good days,
    13 keep your tongue from evil
    and your lips from telling lies.
    14 Turn from evil and do good;
    seek peace and pursue it.

    15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
    and his ears are attentive to their cry;
    16 but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil,
    to blot out their name from the earth.

    17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;
    he delivers them from all their troubles.
    18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
    and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

    19 The righteous person may have many troubles,
    but the Lord delivers him from them all;
    20 he protects all his bones,
    not one of them will be broken.

    21 Evil will slay the wicked;
    the foes of the righteous will be condemned.
    22 The Lord will rescue his servants;
    no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.

    According to Arabic sources, there appears to be concerns that jihadist “mercenaries” from various regions are planning to invade Tunisia from Libya, which sits to that country’s east and that the possible usage of Chemical weapons is feared. This information was relayed by a retired Tunisisan military colonel named Mohammed Saleh al-Haidari,

    John McCain...hehehehe..............Al-Qaeda-linked fighters fought rival Syrian rebels near the border with Turkey on Wednesday, activists said, in an outbreak of violence driven by the divisions between factions battling President Bashar Assad.

    The fighting illustrates the volatile situation in Syria as a team of chemical weapons experts start the process of eliminating Syria's chemical weapons stockpile, with inspections expected to begin next week. (Reuters)

    The top story in this house is whether princess #4's homecoming dress arrived yet. I got a package, but it has the bride's name on it. It's much easier on Dad to be involved with her Softball than this getting all dolled up stuff. If I knew how to do that social media stuff, I'd explain to the young males what happens if you mess with my little girl.

    Well...lookie here...............

    If attacks on Egyptian soldiers in the Sinai Peninsula continue, Egypt may carry out airstrikes in Gaza, senior Egyptian officers have warned.

    Egyptian officers told the Bethlehem-based Maan news that Egyptian planes had entered Gaza airspace to study potential targets in Rafah and Khan Younis, near the southern border.

    They said the military would also consider targeting vehicles bringing goods across the border. “All options are open,” they warned.

    Egyptian commanders say some of the attacks in Sinai are being carried out by terrorist groups based in Gaza. Among the groups they named is Ansar al-Sunna, which has ties to Hamas.

    ANKARA - Amnesty International released a report Wednesday accusing Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's government of turning a blind eye to killings, torture, sexual abuse and persecution during the 'brutal' crackdown on Gezi Park protestors. The London-based organisation said human rights abuses had occurred ''on a massive scale''. Andrew Gardner, Amnesty International's head expert on Turkey, spoke out against ''the wholesale denial of the right to peaceful assembly and violations of the rights to life, liberty and the freedom from torture and ill-treatment''. Hundreds of thousands of youths took part in the large anti-Erdogan protests held in June, demanding more democracy and speaking out against the re-Islamicisation of the country underway. Erdogan's merciless crackdown had a heavy toll: six dead and 8,000 injured, ten of whom lost their sight after being hit to the head by tear gas canisters or to the face by rubber bullets shot point-blank. One 14-year-old boy is still in a coma, and some 5,000 were arrested. About 1,000 will be charged, according to press reports, some of whom for ''terrorism''. The Islamic prime minister has often lashed out at the peaceful demonstrators, calling them ''vandals'' and ''terrorists'' http://www.ansamed.info/ansamed/en/news/sections/politics/2013/10/02/Amnesty-accuses-Turkey-abuse-massive-scale-_9398313.html

    Psalm 91

    1 He who [a]dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].

    2 I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!

    3 For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.

    4 [Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler.

    5 You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day,

    6 Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday.

    7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you.

    The Obama administration’s credibility on intelligence suffered another blow Wednesday as the chief of the National Security Agency admitted that officials put out numbers that vastly overstated the counterterrorism successes of the government’s warrantless bulk collection of all Americans’ phone records.

    Pressed by the Democratic chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee at an oversight hearing, Gen. Keith B. Alexander admitted that the number of terrorist plots foiled by the NSA’s huge database of every phone call made in or to America was only one or perhaps two — far smaller than the 54 originally claimed by the administration.

    Yesterday, as the U.S. government shut down, all 401 of our national parks closed their gates. The campers and visitors inside were given two days to leave. It was no great surprise.

    We had gone to sleep the night before knowing that time had run out; there would be no last-minute return to sanity in Congress, no daring White House maneuver that might avert the shutdown. The sequester of last March, with its closing of selected parks, national monuments, and historical sites, had given us a preview and some degree of preparation for bigger hits this time. Yet one word in my morning paper stopped me in mid-paragraph and made me bristle: "nonessential."

    Of all federal endeavors deemed nonessential by the government, I learned, the national parks are at the top of the list. Really? I found myself questioning priorities. Many of the choices made in the present crisis do make some sense: The military will not be furloughed, nor will Social Security workers or air traffic controllers. Some of the shutdowns are even to be celebrated, if you happen to share my values: No new oil or gas leases will be contracted on lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management, and IRS offices are closing here and there around the country.

    Mohamed Elibiary, one of 28 members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, insists the symbol is “bigger than” the Muslim Brotherhood and that to him it means “Freedom4All.” In his Twitter profile, Elibiary describes himself as not only associated with Homeland Security but also as a “proud American” who “hearts” Egypt.

    I posted a different version of this story a few days ago but just in case people did not read it

    US military equipment, guns stolen in Libya creates extreme danger

    http://www.bizpacreview.com/2013/09/26/us-military-equipment-guns-stolen-in-libya-creates-extreme-danger-84108

    North African militant groups affiliated with terrorist organizations and the Muslim Brotherhood have made off with large numbers of sensitive United States-issued military equipment in Libya.

    The items stolen included dozens of heavily armored vehicles called GMVs, each with GPS navigation systems and specialized weapons mounts, according to Fox News.

    Approximately 100 Glock pistols and more than 100 M4 rifles are also missing. But that’s not the worst of it. Fox reported:

    More disturbing, according to the sources, is that it seems almost every set of night-vision goggles has also been taken. This is advanced technology that gives very few war fighters an advantage on the battlefield.

    Advanced night vision capability has always given U.S. military a tremendous advantage on the battlefield, allowing troops to say, “We own the night,” as the mantra goes.

    “It’s not just equipment; it’s the capability. You are giving these very dangerous groups the capability that only a few nations are capable of,” one unidentified source told Fox News. “Already assassinations are picking up in Tripoli and there are major worries that the militias are using this stolen equipment to their advantage. All these militias are tied into terrorist organizations and are tied to [salafists].”

    The Fox report also said:

    The “salafists” are a jihadist movement among Salafi Muslims. This growing movement in Libya directly endangers the U.S.-supported government, and sources worry that this sensitive equipment is now going to be used by these groups in an attempt to overthrow the government and install a more hardline Muslim leadership.

    “The theft of these weapons and the open borders are feeding Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood and threatens Libya’s neighbors as well,” an anonymous source told Fox. “It’s already bad…. and now it’s really bad.”

    Ironically, the Obama administration continues to campaign for ever-stricter gun control laws that only make it more difficult for law-abiding citizens to possess firearms. The efforts, though, do succeed at putting weapons in the hands of those who would do us harm, either by accident, as in this case, or by design, as with the Syrian rebel forces and Operation Fast and Furious. An editorial cartoon from Legal Insurrection’s A.B. Branco illustrates this paradox perfectly.

    Very advanced weapons have been taken from US military bases in Libya. These weapons are now in the hands of Libyan terrorists, who are intent on putting the Muslim Brotherhood in control of Libya.

    Currently available information indicates these weapons were guarded primarily by Libyan security forces, apparently much like the US Consulate was guarded in Benghazi. Are we seeing a pattern of the Obama Department of State providing aid, comfort, and cover to Libyan terrorists, or were the Benghazi assassination and the present theft of advanced weapons simply a matter of Obama State Department incompetence?

  48. BabbaZee10:58 AM

    It appears the Obama State Department may have been providing weapons to the Syrian terrorists from its Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi? Was this the reason the Consulate and Diplomatic Mission were attacked and our Ambassador to Libya was assassinated?

    Before Egypt, the Obama Administration was apparently smuggling guns into Mexico and providing these guns to the drug cartels. We are still unsure what happened because of Fast and Furious.

They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think its what YOU wanted … and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, 'they' will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.

    None of the men ogling you give a shit about you either, do not be fooled. Many's the woman mistook lust for love. If they want you sexually that doesn't mean they give a fuck about you. All the more true when you unwittingly give the impression you don't give much of a fuck about yourself. And when you employ people who give the impression they don't give much of a fuck about you either. No one who cares about you could support your being pimped … and that includes you yourself.

    McCain's Sunni mob.....................

    MOSCOW (AP) — Russia on Thursday evacuated all of its diplomats and their families from Libya, the day after a mob attack on the Russian Embassy, and issued a warning to its citizens against visiting the country.

    The Russian Foreign Ministry said none of the embassy staff was hurt in Wednesday's attack, which came in response to the death of a Libyan air force officer, who was allegedly killed by a Russian woman.

    An armed mob broke into the embassy compound in the Libyan capital Tripoli, climbing over walls, breaking down a metal gate and shooting in the air. One of the attackers was killed by the gunfire, and four more were wounded, Libyan officials said.

    In 1987, when I was writing my first book, AIDS INC., I queried the FDA about the development of an HIV vaccine. Here is what I was told: if a vaccine was ever deployed, it would produce antibodies to HIV and the person would be given a letter to carry around with him in case he was ever tested for HIV.

    The letter would say, this person is immune from HIV. The antibodies are an indication of immunity, not disease.

    You see, the two standard diagnostic tests for HIV were the Elisa and the Western Blot. They both tested for antibodies. If a person tested positive, he was told he had AIDS.

    But if the SAME antibodies were produced by the vaccine, he'd be designated immune from AIDS.

    No, that couldn't be.
    Yes, it could be and was.

    "Bill Eppridge is one of the most accomplished photojournalists of the Twentieth Century and has captured some of the most significant moments in American history: he has covered wars, political campaigns, heroin addiction, the arrival of the Beatles in the United States, Vietnam, Woodstock, the summer and winter Olympics, and perhaps the most dramatic moment of his career - the assassination of Senator Robert Kennedy in Los Angeles. His most recent passion was to record the disappearance of the American Family Farm and he was as passionate about this subject as he was any other.

    "It would be difficult to overstate the importance of Bill Eppridge's visual contribution to American history."

    The pattern is relentless: young veteran, barely 30, over-medicated, and not only uncertain but grim about his future. He may still be married, but is likely divorced, possibly estranged from his children. His family frets over his physical and mental health, while taking careful note of his ups and his downs.

    Then one day, he dies. The veteran may have taken his own life deliberately. In an increasing number of cases, however, he may have simply gone to sleep and never woken up following a fatal reaction to one of the drugs or cocktails of pills he was prescribed by military doctors.

As for the Obama administration, it carried over some of the people on the Bush team who had helped devise this strategy.

    Andrew White, 23, died from a heart attack in his sleep in 2008. He blames Seroquel for his son’s unexpected death. The young White was on a variety of medications for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mainly a clonazepam (anti-anxiety) and a paroxetine (anti-depressant), along with Seroquel (for his nightmares he was given 1,600 milligrams a day, double the maximum dosage given for schizophrenia, his father said).

    Seroquel was taken off the Pentagon’s regular formulary in 2012, but it can still be prescribed with a waiver.

During World War II, the company manufactured poison gas used at extermination camps and employed forced and slave labor. Several company directors and senior managers were tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

    Minnesota insurance broker Jim Koester was looking for information about assisting with Obamacare implementation; instead, what landed in his inbox last month was a document filled with the names, Social Security numbers and other pieces of personal information belonging to his fellow Minnesotans.

    In one of the first breaches of the new Obamacare online marketplaces, an employee of the Minnesota marketplace, called MNsure, accidentally emailed Koester a document containing personally identifying information for more than 2,400 insurance agents, the Minnesota Star Tribune reported. MNsure was able to quickly undo the damage because Koester cooperated with them, but the incident left him unnerved.

    "The more I thought about it, the more troubled I was," Koester told the newspaper. "What if this had fallen into the wrong hands? It's scary. If this is happening now, how can clients of MNsure be confident their data is safe?"

    On a recent shoot for a story about the "Health Connector," the Massachusetts online insurance marketplace, Paul Solman interviewed MIT economist Jon Gruber, who helped craft the Massachusetts and federal health reform laws. (Don't miss Gruber explaining his health care reform comic book.) The Making Sen$e segment aired Tuesday, the day the federal health exchanges open. Here is more of Paul's conversation with Gruber about the origins of the individual mandate.

    Solman: Where does the idea for The Connector come from?

    Gruber: The idea for the health insurance connector, or really health insurance marketplace, really comes from basic economics, but I guess it's probably first associated with the Heritage Foundation, which was promoting this as a way of promoting competition and health insurance markets for a long time. In particular, folks at the Heritage Foundation talked a lot to then-Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney about introducing connector-like mechanism in Massachusetts. http://www.pbs.org/newshour/businessdesk/2013/10/the-guru-of-obamacare-vs-the-c.html The Health Care Law Guru vs. the Conservative who Inspired It

    A suburban New York newspaper has sued Putnam County to compel it to release its pistol permit records.

    The Journal News says it sued Thursday after the county denied two Freedom of Information requests and a subsequent appeal.

    The newspaper first requested information from Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties following the Newtown, Conn., shooting massacre. It made another request after the state passed a gun control law allowing permit holders to apply to keep their names and addresses private.

    Putnam County officials declined to comment on the lawsuit because they had not yet been served with the papers. But County Executive MaryEllen Odell told the newspaper she's confident the county will prevail.

    Westchester and Rockland counties provided the information to the newspaper, which published a clickable map on its website identifying residents there with handgun permits.

    CIA 'running arms smuggling team in Benghazi when consulate was attacked'
    The Telegraph
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/10218288/CIA-running-arms...

    The CIA has been subjecting operatives to monthly polygraph tests in an attempt to suppress details of a reported US arms smuggling operation in Benghazi that was ongoing when its ambassador was killed by a mob in the city last year, according to reports. Up to 35 CIA operatives were working in the city during the attack last September on the US consulate that resulted in the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, according to CNN. The television network said that a CIA team was working in an annex near the consulate on a project to supply missiles from Libyan armouries to Syrian rebels. Sources said that more Americans were hurt in the assault ... than had been previously reported. CIA chiefs were actively working to ensure the real nature of its operations in the city did not get out. So only the losses suffered by the State Department in the city had been reported to Congress. Frank Wolf, a US congressman who represents the district that contains CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, is one of 150 members of Congress for a new investigation into the failures in Benghazi. "I think it is a form of a cover-up, and I think it's an attempt to push it under the rug," he said. "We should have the people who were on the scene come in, testify under oath, do it publicly, and lay it out. And there really isn't any national security issue involved with regards to that."

This supposedly “moderate rebel” by US standards wants to re-establish an Omayyad-like Caliphate in Syria and to “crush the heads of the Magi”, a term that Wahhabi extremists use in reference to Iranians/Persians and to Shiites. While this would be dangerous for the US, it is apparently precisely the end Obama seeks. His address to the UN General Assembly can reasonably be read as a declaration that the US is abandoning its position as world leader. The US is tired of being nitpicked by its allies and its enemies for everything it does, he said. And therefore, he announced, Washington is now limiting its actions in the Middle East to pressuring its one remaining ally Israel, to give up its ability to protect itself from foreign invasion and Palestinian terrorism by surrendering Judea and Samaria, without which it is defenseless.

    Like his predecessors in the Bush administration, Obama doesn't care that Iran is evil and that its leaders are fanatical psychopaths. He has romanticized them based on nothing.

    Although presented by the media as a new policy of outreach towards Tehran, Obama's current commitment to negotiating with Rouhani is consistent with his policy towards Iran since entering office. Nothing has changed.

    From Obama's perspective, US policy is not threatened by Iranian bad faith. It is threatened only by those who refuse to embrace his fantasy world where all deals are good and all negotiations are therefore good.

    What this means is that the prospect of Iran becoming a nuclear power does not faze Obama. The only threat he has identified is the one coming from Jerusalem. Israel the party pooper is Obama's greatest foe because it insists on basing its strategic assessments and goals on the nature of things even though this means facing down evil

    Mannequins were stripped clean, jewellery cases smashed, racks of expensive suits carted off, dozens of cash registers cracked open and at least one member of the Kenyan security services arrested, caught with a bloody wallet.

    The looting of the Westgate mall, the scene of a siege in which scores of people were killed last month, appeared to have the scope and organisation of a large-scale military operation, and many Kenyans are asking if that is what it was.

    Standing Alone

    In the midst of media coverage of the government shutdown (it’s the Republicans’ fault!) and the glitch-filled rollout of Obamacare (it’s not Obama’s fault!), Americans may not have noticed the October 1 speech by Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the United Nations General Assembly

    Undercover NYPD cop stood by as bikers beat dad

    An off-duty, NYPD undercover officer was among the pack of motorcyclists who chased a Financial District family up the West Side Highway — and he stood by as the dad was hauled from his car and beaten,

    The unidentified narcotics officer only came forward Wednesday night, four days after the caught-on-video biker predation, and is described as a motorcycle hobbyist who rides with Front Line Soldiers, a New Rochelle-based group that also counts several other cops among its members, a source said.

    A boozed up off-duty police officer driving an SUV killed a Saint George Ferry Terminal dock worker this morning, law enforcement sources said.

    The 51-year-old victim was on Simonson Avenue and Richmond Terrace around 6:20 a.m. getting a cup of coffee when he was struck, according to the sources.

    That’s when the officer struck him with his 2010 Ford Escape sending the victim flying in the air before he crashed down on the windshield, the sources added.

    The officer then fled the scene but returned 30 minutes later. He blew a .07 on a breathalyzer test at the scene where he was taken into custody, the sources said.

    Read the article...the cop WAS one of the bikers!

    My RCMP & OPP "Biker" buddies would never stand by and watch... nor would they participate.

    Internal Affairs is investigating whether those cops, too, were among the bikers, and whether any of them are also witnesses to the beating that left Internet exec Alexian Lien bleeding on the pavement as his wife and toddler daughter cowered inside their black Range Rover.

    None of those bikers are under arrest six days after the incident and only one has been identified by name, one source said.

    BINGO!!

    Vital Frederick, a young Miami cop, never disputed the undercover evidence revealing he accepted dirty money from two fellow police officers working with the FBI in a pair of sting operations.

    But Frederick, who stood trial on extortion and other charges, testified his colleagues threatened that unless he took the cash they would expose his “secret” — that he was gay and had a 10-year relationship with a boyfriend from high school.

    A Miami cop who stole 1,000 identities from a police database to score fraudulent income-tax refunds was found guilty in federal court Thursday.

    Malinsky Bazile, 28, collected about $140,000 from the scam in 2011-12.

    Bazile, who joined the Miami Police Department in 2008, was immediately taken into custody while he awaits sentencing.
