All day long we are in some degree helping each other to one or the other of these destinations. It is in light of these overwhelming possibilities it is with awe and the circumspection proper to them, that we should conduct all our dealings with one another, all friendships, all loves, all play, all politics. There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal. Nations, cultures, arts, civilizations – these are mortal, and their life is to ours as the life of a gnat. But it is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploit – immortal horrors or everlasting splendours. -- Living Among Immortals – C.S. Lewis -

However, the hacker threat is the least of the Data Hub worries. The hub will be used on a daily basis by so-called Navigators, which according to the GAO are “community and consumer-focused nonprofit groups, to which exchanges award grants to provide fair and impartial public education” and “refer consumers as appropriate for further assistance.” Thousands of such people will have unfettered access to the Data Hub, but there are only sketchy guidelines on how they will be hired, trained and monitored. Given the slap-dash, incoherent way Obamacare is being implemented the prospect for quality control is low. And the Obama administration’s track record of sweetheart deals, no-bid, sole-source contracting and other means of rewarding people with insider access means the Data Hub will be firmly in the hands of trusted White House loyalists. - See more at: http://rare.us/story/move-over-nsa-here-comes-the-obamacare-big-brother-database/#sthash.tq0wvGFk.dpuf

NSA Phone Snooping Cannot Be Challenged in Court, Feds Say

The Obama administration for the first time responded to a Spygate lawsuit, telling a federal judge the wholesale vacuuming up of all phone-call metadata in the United States is in the “public interest,” does not breach the constitutional rights of Americans and cannot be challenged in a court of law.

License Plate Readers Track You for Profit

As license plate readers proliferate, law enforcement and private business are pooling surveillance data in light of conflicting guidelines on how long they may retain the data, which often is marketed for profit, according to a report by the American Civil Liberties Union.

The report, You Are Being Tracked: How License Plate Readers Are Being Used to Record Americans’ Movements,” (.pdf) paints, for the first time, a broad, Orwellian picture of an often overlooked and growing feature of the surveillance — one funded, in part, by $50 million in federal grants to local governments during the past five years.

    Rise of the Warrior Cop

Is it time to reconsider the militarization of American policing?

Consider today's police recruitment videos (widely available on YouTube), which often feature cops rappelling from helicopters, shooting big guns, kicking down doors and tackling suspects. Such campaigns embody an American policing culture that has become too isolated, confrontational and militaristic, and they tend to attract recruits for the wrong reasons.

If you browse online police discussion boards, or chat with younger cops today, you will often encounter some version of the phrase, "Whatever I need to do to get home safe." It is a sentiment that suggests that every interaction with a citizen may be the officer's last. Nor does it help when political leaders lend support to this militaristic self-image, as New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg did in 2011 by declaring, "I have my own army in the NYPD—the seventh largest army in the world."

I read Chris Kyle's book, American Sniper. He seemed like an outstanding guy and a genuine post-Oymerican hero, but I found a disturbing amount of inconsistencies in the book. Was it editorial snafus, basic inaccuracies, or simply a load of horse crap? I dunno.

Some people are extremely effective killing machines. I've known a few, but I have yet to meet someone that actually enjoyed killing others,...even people that really "need to be killed" in combat.

The one section of the book where a little girl asks Ryan Jobe what happened to his face (he'd been shot through the right eye, blinded, and was undergoing a lot of reconstructive surgery on his face). The little girl asks, "Mr. What happened to your face?" To which the blinded Ryan Jobe bends over to the small voice addressing him and simply replies, "Don't run with scissors in your hands...." rang completely true to me. I've seen a little bit of that at Ramstein and Walter Reed and it has always made me smile to be around genuine heros with laughter in their souls.

Sometimes those fellas think they are the best shots since Buffalo Bill and frankly they suck, they don't understand the entire concept of breath, relax, aim, and squeeze. They are not "Warriors"....merely a gang of overweight street-geeks

On Jan. 4 of last year, a local narcotics strike force conducted a raid on the Ogden, Utah, home of Matthew David Stewart at 8:40 p.m. The 12 officers were acting on a tip from Mr. Stewart's former girlfriend, who said that he was growing marijuana in his basement. Mr. Stewart awoke, naked, to the sound of a battering ram taking down his door. Thinking that he was being invaded by criminals, as he later claimed, he grabbed his 9-millimeter Beretta pistol.

The police say that they knocked and identified themselves, though Mr. Stewart and his neighbors said they heard no such announcement. Mr. Stewart fired 31 rounds, the police more than 250. Six of the officers were wounded, and Officer Jared Francom was killed. Mr. Stewart himself was shot twice before he was arrested. He was charged with several crimes, including the murder of Officer Francom.

Mr. Stewart was a battle savvy soldier. The Robo-Cops were just playing "Dress-up".

Early this year, the Ogden city council heard complaints from dozens of citizens about the way drug warrants are served in the city. As for Mr. Stewart, his trial was scheduled for next April, and prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. But after losing a hearing last May on the legality of the search warrant, Mr. Stewart hanged himself in his jail cell.

Would you trust thousands of low-level Federal bureaucrats and contractors with one-touch access to your private financial and medical information? Under Obamacare you won’t have any choice. As the Obamacare train-wreck begins to gather steam, there is increasing concern in Congress over something called the Federal Data Services Hub. The Data Hub is a comprehensive database of personal information being established by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the federally facilitated health insurance exchanges. The purpose of the Data Hub, according to a June 2013 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, is to provide “electronic, near real-time access to federal data” and “access to state and third party data sources needed to verify consumer-eligibility information.” In these days of secret domestic surveillance by the intelligence community, rogue IRS officials and state tax agencies using private information for political purposes, and police electronically logging every license plate that passes by, the idea of the centralized Data Hub is making lawmakers and citizens nervous. -

An atheist activist organization wants a proposed Ohio statehouse Holocaust memorial to remove the Star of David symbol, which, the group claims, is an “exclusionary” religious symbol.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, the non-profit Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), known for its activism concerning church-state separation, claimed that the inclusion of the Judaic symbol is a breach of the U.S. Constitution.

In a June 14 letter to Richard H. Finan, chairman of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board, two FFRF officials said they have no objections to a Holocaust memorial at the statehouse, but claimed that the cut-out version of the six-pointed Star of David would be a violation of the separation of church and state as provided for in the Constitution.

Obama Honors Trayvon Martin, Ignores Fort Hood Jihad Victims ...

The jury has been selected and the trial date set for the jihadist accused of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 of attempted premeditated murder acting, as he says, in defense of the Taliban.

Army Sgt. Alonzo Lunsford has not received a phone call from Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson. Nor does the African-American veteran who was shot seven times by Maj. Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood expect to. He is merely relieved that nearly four years after the massacre at the Army base in Texas, a jury has finally been selected and a trial date has been set.

Yes there really is something worse than Occupy Oakland. And oddly enough it’s Occupy Toronto...........

Near the beginning of his monologue Billy explains his view on what indigenous people need to do to get attention for their cause:

“Us Indians have to do something really extreme to get the world’s attention, like forming a Taliban“

Billy then explains his dismay and how he perceives that people are ignoring indigenous issues saying “Do we Indians have to blow up something? For all this s##t to f##king stop?”. Following up saying “Do you want a war, do you want a war!” and explaining how the RCMP are “getting away with f##king murder in the jail cells”.

He then moves on to discuss his feelings on Jewish people and Israel- explaining:

“I f##king laugh at the Holocaust. Seriously, I spit on the f##king Holocaust. The Holocaust was was not a f##king genocide, if it was a genocide they’d all be f##king dead- but, no, they need the f##king Israelites to exist. Hitler was just something else.”

UDT/SEAL Jesse Ventura: Off The Reservation Of Sanity

    Brandon Webb

My friend Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, author of American Sniper, rightfully punched Jesse Ventura (Yes he was a UDT and considered a SEAL) in the mouth for being disrespectful to family of a fallen teammate. Everyone in our community knows Jesse got popped and is wondering when the hoax will end. All the SEALs I’ve talked to past and present, myself included, are still scratching their heads with Jesse’s apparent departure from the reservation of sanity. He’s off it and charging around like a wild-eyed UFO chaser.

when a troop goes rogue and turns on his fellow warriors he is playing with fire. there is a code of honor among the standing and the fallen that shall not be violated up to even the pain of death.
If you're familiar with that phrase then you may be from the community and may understand what I'm talking about. Jesse lit a fuse now that cannot be extinguished. His name will be banished through out the remainder of time.

Chayote is an edible plant, which belongs to the Cucurbitaceae familly, as do melons, cucumbers and squash. The fruits are pear shaped with thin green wrinkly skin and white flesh. The root, stem, seeds, and leaves of the plant are all edible. The fruit is bland and can be eaten raw, cooked, mashed, baked, boiled, fried, or even pickled. Chayote is rich in amino acids and vitamin C...

"Four and twenty birds of Maya
    Baked into an atom YOU

Within the picture it seems true
But slip inside this house and then decide."

    —Tommy Hall

Five sense existence creates a five sense world. We are the eternal, spiritual creation of God. Our material dream only changes phase through the illusion of death, and we are tempted into another "reality" with senses yet unknown. Spirit math, divine calculus, always leads us back to God.
