I make a thing called Jook, Chinese stuff. Its just left over rice, some chicken Chinese seasonings a lot of water or broth and green onions cooked until its like a porridge or thick soup. 29 years ago in Beirut, 241 American Marines and 58 French 3rd Parachute Regiment members were blown up in two separate attacks. I was there. I have not forgotten and I have not forgiven.
