One of the attackers who hacked a soldier to death in London was British-born and of Nigerian descent, a source with knowledge of the investigation said.

The other man may also be British with a Nigerian background. (Reuters)

    FUCKING WRONG AGAIN JOHN.........

US Secretary of State John Kerry has
urged the Nigerian army to show restraint and not violate human rights as it
pursues an offensive against Islamist militants in the north-east.

Mr Kerry said there were "credible allegations" of "gross human rights
    violations" by the Nigerian military.

That’s the part where the killer is saying, “Many, many Ayah throughout the Koran that we must fight them as they fight us.” Instead the official media video cuts the Koran part out and picks up only when the Muslim killer says, “An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.”http://frontpagemag.com/2013/dgreenfield/media-censors-london-beheader-using-koran-to-justify-atrocity/

The massive circular structure appears to be an archaeologists dream: a recently discovered antiquity that could reveal secrets of ancient life in the Middle East and is just waiting to be excavated.

It's thousands of years old -- a conical, manmade behemoth weighing hundreds of tons, practically begging to be explored.

The problem is -- it's at the bottom of the biblical Sea of Galilee. For now, at least, Israeli researchers are left stranded on dry land, wondering what finds lurk below.

The monumental structure, made of boulders and stones with a diameter of 230 feet, emerged from a routine sonar scan in 2003. Now archaeologists are trying to raise money to allow them access to the submerged stones.

Obama has since promoted Brennan to head of the CIA.

    Via Breitbart:

An obscure November 2012 Wikileaks email dump points to former White House counterterrorism adviser and now-CIA chief John Brennan as the person behind the “witch hunt” of journalists who reported unflattering Obama administration leaks.

A little over a week after President Barack Obama’s reelection, Wikileaks released an email dump of global intelligence files from the private intelligence company Stratfor. One particular email, dated September 21, 2010 discussed President Obama’s “Leak Investigations.”

    By Caroline B. Glick ...............
The threats emanating from Syria have become downright frightening. For the past several days, Homeland Security Minister Gilad Erdan has been warning repeatedly that it is certain that Israeli population centers will be hit by Syrian ballistic missiles and that we have to be prepared for the worst case scenarios, including Scud missile launched chemical weapons attacks on Israel's metropolitan centers.

Wednesday, Air Force Commander Maj. Gen. Amir Eshel spelled out Israel's concerns from a military perspective. The chance of war breaking out at any time is extremely high. Syria has a massive arsenal that includes advanced anti-aircraft missiles, anti-ship missiles and surface to surface missiles. Syria also has large stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons, advanced artillery as well as the other components of a large conventional military force.

Eshel warned, "Syria is collapsing before our eyes. If it collapses tomorrow we could find its vast arsenal dispersed and pointing at us."

In that event, Eshel said, the Air Force will have to operate at one hundred percent of its capacity to clear a path for ground forces to operate in Syria and secure the armaments to prevent them from being dispersed, or used against Israel.

And if he survives in power, he will be completely indifferent to US pressure and so will behave far more violently than he did before the war began.

And yet for all Assad's horrific behavior and the reasonable presumption that his actions will only become more violent and dangerous with each additional day he remains in power, the most telling aspect of the Syrian civil war is that Israel, the US and Europe are incapable of deciding whether he is better or worse than the alternatives.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Storagemanger7:59 AM

    BUT....Obama is not a Muslim.......................
For instance, rather than actively build an opposition army based on Syrian army defectors, Kurds and other relatively moderate forces, Obama subcontracted the formation of the Syrian opposition to Turkey's Islamist Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. As Israel and others warned, Erdogan used his power as the US contractor to build an opposition dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood, whose ideology is largely indistinguishable from al Qaeda. It was the Brotherhood's domination of the Syrian opposition forces that paved the way for al Qaeda to enter and dominate opposition forces.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Storagemanger8:02 AM

For all the danger now emanating from Syria, Israel has one ace in the hole. We have a consensus that we must win the coming war with Syria decisively, whatever the cost. And for that consensus, we have just one man to thank: the late Hafez al-Assad. ................

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”

There has been a large explosion in the centre of the

The blast was near the hospital of Afghanistan's National Directorate of

"We are dealing with a well co-ordinated attack," said Kabul police chief Gen
Ayub Salangi. "Afghan forces will deal with them."

It is not known if there are casualties.

Reports say smoke was seen over the centre of the city and the blast was felt

Part of Kabul was cordoned off.

It just kinda sorta happened, and, once it had, it growed like Topsy. But the lady who headed that office, Sarah Hall Ingram, is now in charge of the IRS office for Obamacare. Many countries around the world have introduced government health systems since 1945, but, as I wrote here last year, “only in America does ‘health’ ‘care’ ‘reform’ begin with the hiring of 16,500 new IRS agents tasked with determining whether your insurance policy merits a fine.” So now not only are your books and Facebook posts legitimate tax issues but so is your hernia, and your prostate, and your erectile dysfunction. Next time round, the IRS will be able to leak your incontinence pads to George Soros.

Polish officials say they intend to push for the involvement of local arms producers in new contracts for rockets, ships, helicopters, tanks and small arms, and will favour bids that include a hefty dose of technology transfers, offsets, and Polish final production.

it has been sort of slow around here, but understandably so I guess. I go prepare for my trip. I think I'll pack my hoople last since it's in an outside pocket of my backpack. I have everything, computer, shaving crap, clothes all going into a single backpack. Minimal. I should go find my mifi so I can get on the intertubes. I'll be up while everyone else is busy sleeping off the previous nights drunk. I'd be doing that if I was still drinking anyhow. I hope we decent food to eat at least. we'll see. how that goes.

On May 25, 1967, John Lennon of The Beatles had his Roll Royce Phantom V returned to him. It had been out getting a new paint job.

The inspiration for the design came from Marijke Koger, one of the design collective ‘The Fool’ who were responsible for numerous pieces of the period and were very influential in the psychedelic art movement. Marjke has said “I was staying at John’s house to paint his piano and he had a painted gypsy wagon in is garden. I suggested to him that he paint the Rolls like the gypsy wagon, which he thought was a great idea...”

Shavua tov, mah peeps. I spent the afternoon at the hospital with my brother. He had surgery yesterday to remove bone spurs and the disc between C5 and C6. Then they bolted in some cadaver bone so the two vertebrae will fuse over time. I’m always nervous when they start cutting on the spine but he seems to be doing well, B”H.

I think I’ll go make some tea now. BBL

SUNNI shit hits the wall.......Reuters) - Two rockets hit a Shi'ite Muslim district of Beirut on Sunday, driving home the risk of spillover from Syria's civil war, after the head of Lebanese Shi'ite militant Hezbollah said it would keep fighting on the Syrian government's side until victory.

It was the first attack to apparently target Hezbollah's stronghold in the south of the Lebanese capital since the outbreak of the two-year conflict in neighboring Syria, which has sharply heightened Lebanon's own sectarian tensions

Graham supports, still leaves an unanswered question, which I have raised many times: What is a journalist today in 2013? We know it’s someone that works for Fox or AP, but does it include a blogger? Does it include someone who is tweeting? Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.” http://weaselzippers.us/2013/05/26/dem-sen-dick-durbin-not-sure-bloggers-are-entitled-to-constitutional-protection/

    The Case For Democracy: The
Power Of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny And Terror

Natan Sharansky believes that the truest expression of democracy is the ability
to stand in the middle of a town square and express one's views without fear of
imprisonment. He should know. A dissident in the USSR, Sharansky was jailed for
