The Smokey Life

Mount Sinai
was covered with smoke,
because the LORD
descended on it in fire.
The smoke billowed up from it
like smoke from a furnace,
and the whole mountain
trembled violently.

Remember
when the scenery started fading
I held you
till you learned to walk on air
So don't look down
the ground is gone,
there's no one waiting anyway..
